Refund & Returns Policy

All Things Girl World, LLC operates using a print-on-demand model. All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

Section 1: All Sales Policy

Because each item is custom-made:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Preference changes

Section 2: Eligible Issues (Replacement or Refund)

We will provide a replacement or refund only if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Section 3: Claim Requirements

To file a claim, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

Section 4: Fulfilment Disclosure

All products are:

  • Manufactured by Printify and its production partners

  • Shipped directly from their facilities

As such:

  • We do not control production timelines

  • We do not physically handle inventory

Section 5: Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

If an address error is made at checkout, we are not obligated to resend the order.

Section 6: Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/provider
